One of my favorite street foods here
in Davao City is the kwek-kwek. It's just actually an egg, boiled, soaked in a flour then fried. What makes it delicious is the condiments. It has to be soaked in a yummy spicy vinegar mixed with a little chilli powder to have the spicy taste and a little salt. You can add sliced cucumber or a seaweed which is readily available if you want.
