I woke up this morning to hear Dr Samantha Nutt on the radio, whom I had first seen on The Hour, and she was talking about the singers that will be 'Busking for Change' today in Toronto. A few of these singers has been on the Hour once or twice.
Raine Maida of did a cold opener poking a bit of fun at himself busking and raising money.
Chantal Kreviazuk is also into the Warchild cause and will be performing today on the streets among many other...See Schedule.

Chantal was giving an interview before she played.

Busking for Change was inspired by Raine Maida of Our Lady Peace, who spent twelve hours busking for War Child Canada on Toronto streets last October. Raine raised an astonishing $22,000 for War Child Canada¹s Rehabilitation project in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
